The second Commercial Court of Murcia has declared the fulfilment of the Creditors Agreement approved by the Judgment passed on 7th April 2011.

Congelados Pedneo, S.A. was advised by Abad & Asociados in the submission and management of the Bankruptcy Procedure thus closing the door to said procedure, having fulfilled all the commitments with its creditors derived from the proposed Agreement.
