Isaac Abad Garrido
Mr. Isaac Abad Garrido, has a Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Business Sciences by the University of Murcia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Business Management by the University “Cardenal Herrera CEU” from Valencia.
He completed his academic training with his Master in Tax Law Consulting for Businesses in the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid) and the Official Master in Practical Advocacy in The Catholic University of San Antonio in Murcia. He is also a Registered Accounting Auditor in the Official Registry of Auditors (ROAC).
He is a member of the Bar Association of Murcia, where he has been in Coordination of the Fiscal Section, and of the College of Economists of the Region of Murcia, where he is ViceSecretary of its governing body.
He is also a full-fledged member of the International Bar Association, the Registry of Experts in Forensic Economics (REFOR) and the Registry of Tax Advisor Economists (REAF-REGAF).
Mr. Isaac Abad is an associate partner of the Royal Spanish Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation. He has been a speaker and teacher at different Post-graduate lessons organized by the Colegio de Abogados (Bar Association), Business School of the Region of Murcia (ENAE), and is currently Associated Professor of the University of Murcia. He is frequently writing articles on the most reputable International Magazines about Spanish Tax Matters, such on Newsweek.
Mr. Isaac Abad has been recognized by Best Lawyers as one of the Best Lawyers in Spain on Tax Law, being awarded as Lawyer of the Year in year 2022.

Fº Javier Cabañas de Pablo
Francisco Javier Cabañas de Pablo has a Bachelor Degree in Judicial Business Law from the University of Deusto.
Since he joined our Law Firm, he has helped thousands of international buyers to make their dreams come true when purchasing a property in Spain, and has helped to some of them to fight for their interests in Spain with an unbeatable reputation on the area. He has also helped many international investors on their expansion plans in Spain.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Cartagena.

Alberto Gómez Mirete
D. Alberto Gómez Mirete has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Murcia and a Master in Tax Advisory for Businesses by CEREM International School of Business.
Before joining the firm he completed his training working in Portugal and Italy. He is an expert on Real Estate Law and Resident Tax Law, and has a wide experience on Horizontal Property Law (Community of Owners Law) and on Administrative Law (focus on EUCC) being one of the more reputable lawyers on his area, and having obtained a great track record on pioneers decisions from Courts and Administrative Offices.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Murcia.
His working languages are Spanish, English and Italian.
Maite Molina Díaz
Graduated in Law by Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU at Elche. School of Legal Practice in UNED Elche. Development of most of my professional career in the areas of civil and bankruptcy law.
She is a tireless Judicial Debt Recovery Expert, having succeed on thousands of case of debt recovery against individuals and companies, and with a high specialisation on Community Debts. At the same time she is an skilled Bankruptcy Practicioner, and has been dealing with the majority of the biggest bankruptcy cases on her Region.
Diane McCarthy
Diane McCarthy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 with a London based, medium sized Chartered Accountancy Practice where she gained a valuable experience in all areas of accounting, audit and taxation. She continued to develop her professional career with a move into commerce, specialising in financial and management accounting before joining our firm.
Her working languages are English and Spanish.
José Francisco Nova García
Mr. José Francisco Nova García is José Francisco Nova García has a Diploma in Business Sciences from the University of Murcia.
José Francisco is able to explain on plain English the complexities of the accountancy and taxation Spanish Sytem for both Companies and Autónomos (Self Employed) and it´s the head of the Financial Department giving assistance and advice to our international Business Clients on their operation in Spain.

Chris studied Communications and Public Relations (BSc) at Northumbria University. With experience in administrative roles across various sectors in both the UK and Spain, Chris brings strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach to the team. Veronika Lange Lange
Veronika Lange Lange holds a Law Degree from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.
Before joining the firm, Veronika worked in Moscow and St. Petersburg at some of the country’s leading banks and companies, serving as Head of the Legal Department and successfully managing major projects.
In addition, she has carried out in Spain the management and legal advisory of real estate transactions for foreign clients.
She is an expert in real estate transactions, taxation, and other client-related matters for international clients.

María Valera Aledo
María brings extensive experience in the construction industry, with a background as a qualified building and construction technician.
She has developed a wide range of projects for the Department of Public Works and Environment at the Murcia City Council, gaining valuable expertise in public sector construction.
In addition to her technical background, María spent over 10 years in Edinburgh working in customer service roles, where she developed strong communication and client-relations skills.
