Just a few weeks ago we discovered the shocking news that Britain had in fact voted out of Europe. This has been followed by some major decisions that have shaken the political landscape of the United Kingdom.

If you are a British citizen with a property in Spain you may be wondering how all these changes will affect you. Well, apparently they will not have any particular effect in terms of pensions, health, and mobility, at least for a while.

Britain has yet to trigger Article 50, and after that, they will have two years to renegotiate deals with the EU. Until the end of that period everything will remain essentially the same. The Ambassador stated that the official motto is “KEEP CALM”, which confirms that the best option for the time being is to be patient and wait to see how it all develops.
